After getting out of the Navy, he joined the civilian sector of Physical Therapy and strength trained various athletes at our local Colleges and high schools.

He truly believes that we all have the capacity to achieve our goals, if we are committed to putting in the necessary work.

I’m Sally, born and raised here in the Pensacola area. I have had the privilege of being a part of the legendary team since 2020, starting as a client support specialist. I have been in the USAF Reserves for 18 years. I first started my journey with preventative health in 2010 after I had my son. I struggled to pass the PT test for the Air Force, and after working with a personal trainer, I fell in love with helping others and teaching them how to care for their bodies. I started with a personal trainer certification from ISSA, and also a nutrition specialist certification. I graduated with a bachelors in exercise science from UWF in 2021, and am currently working on my master’s in athletic training also at UWF. I love learning new things and can’t wait to expand our capabilities here at Legendary. When I am not at work (or school), I am spending time with my family making memories. I love the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, boating, anything that will get me outside.

LJ — USAF Veteran, known to clients and teammates as "Grenade" — originally from Alabama, LJ has called Pensacola home since 2008. He has been part of the Legendary story since the beginning. He initially came on as a trainer in our earliest days, then left to deepen his expertise in senior fitness, martial arts, and boxing. Ten years later, he's back home and bringing that experience full circle.
He is very good with helping clients gain strength and maximize results. He specializes in mobility and post-workout recovery using primarily bodyweight methods — helping clients move better, recover faster, and train longer without breaking down., but he can also drop the hammer on those who can take it.
A lifelong student of discipline with a Doctorate in Theology, he brings the same focus to coaching that he does to every pursuit. Whether he's working with a fighter, a senior client, or someone just getting back into the gym, his energy and passion are unmatched.

I am originally from Kentucky and joined the Legendary Performance team in September of 2023. I graduated from Jefferson Community and Technical College in Louisville, Ky in 2021 where I received my degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I enjoy helping patients get back to doing what they love without pain. I am passionate about working with athletes and helping them return to sport. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, traveling, hiking, playing basketball, and going to church.

Carmen Hilliard, originally from Brooklynn, NY, but was living in Tampa, FL before
moving to Pensacola in March of 2024. I graduated from Florida School of Nursing and
business in 1992 as a CNA. I have
always enjoyed helping people in general, but especially enjoy working with the elderly.
I was given the opportunity to join LP in 2024. It has been a pleasure meeting and working with my coworkers, which I have enjoyed since day one. I enjoy meeting new people, helping
schedule their appointments, and watching them gain their physical health and strength back.
When I am not at work I enjoy watching track and field, dancing, karaoke, putting
puzzles together, and most of all, being a sous chef at home.

I'm Dr. Adam. Originally from Arkansas, I met my wife in a running club in Ohio while going to PT school. We moved here in 2020 to be near family. I began my therapy career as a PTA in 2010 then graduated PT school in 2019. Growing up playing multiple sports, I have experienced my fair share of injuries including surgical and non-surgical. Looking back on those experiences, I did not receive the rehab and education I needed to improve my condition and prevent future injury. Educating is as critical a component to rehab as the exercises themselves. I strive to ensure the client understands not only the exercises but why they are chosen. I continue to educate myself on my training to avoid injuries in the sports I still enjoy: weight lifting, running, and golf. For any golfers out there, come by for a TPI screen as I am Titliest Performance Institute Medical Level 2 certified.

Emily Zimmerman, originally from Maryland, joined the Legendary Performance, April 2023. She graduated from Loyola U
University Maryland in 2010 with a bachelor degree in marketing and public relations. She attended Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach, VA, where she received her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2019. Emily has a passion for helping people improve upon their current physical limitations and bringing a smile to their faces. She enjoys working with all orthopedic patients, but has an affinity for back pain and hip pain patients.
